Marketing can be a giant hurdle for small businesses, but having a game plan will help to make it less daunting. In this class, we will cover a variety of basic marketing principles and strategies.
If you are a small business owner interested in learning more about marketing basics, we are here to help. We built our Tips for Small Business Marketing class around the particular topics you need to define to create a successful marketing plan.
Our class will include the following topics:
- Find Your Why
- Define Your Competition
- Develop a SWOT Analysis
- Identify Your Target Audience
- Create Personas
- Describe the Buyer’s Journey
We will work with each participant to help them outline these driving principles behind their business during our class. Once business owners understand these principles, we will define their ideal customers and understand their journey through the buying process. We hope that each of the business owners in this class gains a better understanding of their unique selling position, their target audience, and the marketing message that encompasses both.
With the handouts provided and the work we do together, each person will have everything they need to create a marketing plan upon completing this course.
Our class will be at The Puddle, a scenic outdoor event venue in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Nestled in the Laurel Highlands, you will be able to enjoy a colorful fall view while networking with other small business owners.
