Galioto Chiropractic Clinic is located in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania. Dr. Galioto serves the South Hills community with an ethical approach to high-quality health care in a comfortable environment. Since 1997 he has been treating patients for a wide variety of conditions with individualized care and compassion.
Project
Galioto Chiropractic Clinic already had a website but it was extremely outdated. Dr. Galioto wanted something more modern that would give him the ability to update it on his own. He wasn’t sure exactly what he wanted but he needed something new, and control over his website.
Solution
Piece of Mind began with extensive background research. We defined his target personas and learned more about their habits. From this research, we planned the website design. Based on frequently asked questions, searches, and other background research we ensured that the website had all of the elements readily accessible that a user would be looking for.
As the website took shape, we began to build it into an even more useful tool. We added frequently asked questions and began writing content to help educate our patients on their health and wellness. To help share this message of wellness, we selected social media channels for distribution. We continually develop and monitor these channels as we engage with customers.
To complement our content marketing efforts and attract new clients we also run paid advertisements. Social and search engine ads are both used in different ways to drive traffic to the website as well as foot traffic to the office.
Throughout our time working with Dr. Galioto we have also assisted with print design and digital design for other marketing materials.
We continue to create consistent content targeted to their ideal audience, and distribute that content so it is easy for patients.
Conclusion
After years of working with Galioto Chiropractic we are able to provide a steady stream of new patients, engage with existing patients and create an online community based on wellness. We work to convey the personable atmosphere within the office in everything we do.
